Thank you Alex.  Recommending that end user guests need to alter the brand new product that they just purchased to get it to work is not good.  Clearly the guest has the same sentiments and was not willing to alter the product and ultimately returned the product for a new one.

 

Shrinath, my overwhelming concern is why products are leaving our factory in Mexico and then leaving our Aurora facility in this condition.
