Before I proceed, I want to let you know the procedure for the replacement which is quite easy; all you have to do is follow the instructions mentioned below.
Please reply to this message by providing the following information,
- The photos of the damaged component/product. (this helps us with QC review & analysis. It is mandatory)
- The full mailing address along with your contact number.
- Please share with us a copy of the purchase receipt as well.
Once, we receive the above details from you, the following is the procedure we will follow and we will keep you posted periodically.
- The photos of the damaged/defective components will be forwarded to our QC team for review and analysis. (it takes at least 24hrs to review)
- Once our QC team has reviewed the case, the inventory will be checked to find out the component availability. (the time taken will be covered in time taken for step 1)
- As per the inventory availability, the components will be packed and shipped to your premises at our earliest opportunity (the average shipping time is 8-10 days).
- The component shipping will be followed up until it leaves our facility.
Also, please note that the damaged component/product is not needed to ship back to us. Those can be field destroyed or donated to the needy.
